Rose Bay Public Lookout and Stormwater Upgrade

This is a Civil and Civic project to enable the stormwater upgrade to provide a positive public domain contribution. The larger stormwater outlet and scour protection for Rose Bay Beach. This new public recreation upgrade will enable the story of the place to be reinvestigated by Council including the renaming of the beach to its traditional First Nations name.
