Kangaroo Valley House

This rural property in Kangaroo Valley is a detached landscape and architectural collaboration of cabana, outdoor living, gardens and terraces. These overlook a series of restive, natural ponds. It was designed as a home away from home and was carefully placed around existing scribbly Gums.

The random placing of these mature trees determined the shifting nature of the architecture and garden. These sliding plans of pavement, water, and garden appropriately respond to its bushland setting. Consultant design lead: Architect/Owner while at Aspect Studios
